OCEAN VIEW FUNERAL HOME

An opportunity exists for a full-time Receptionist/ Administrator at Ocean View Funeral Home in Burnaby. Some of the key responsibilities include supervising and participating in the production and maintenance of records and files that relate to funeral arrangements, vital statistics, financial arrangements.

The successful candidate shall have the following qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years' clerical/administrative experience;
-Strong computer skills;
-Commitment to excellence in customer service;
-Strong leadership and motivational skills;
-Commitment to "team building" philosophy;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,both written and verbal;
-Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize;
-Ability to work well in a fast paced environment;
-Valid B.C. Driver's License or equivalent;
-Ability to make sound and concise decisions, and
-A strong desire to work in a supportive, team environment.
