Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant in our Vancouver (Richmond) office.


Administrative assistance to project managers, including electronic project set-up and maintenance, client invoice review and tracking, financial monitoring and database management

Assistance with monthly reporting requirements and review with project managers, ensuring accuracy

Preparation, maintenance and filing of project documentation in accordance with Dillon's business processes

Coverage of reception area, including answering a multi-line phone system, mail and courier arrangements, meeting arrangements, and other reception related activities

Completion of word processing and document production activities, including formatting, proofreading and overall quality review

Assistance with other administrative activities as required


Three to five years' administrative related experience
Post-secondary education in an administration related field of study

Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial functions, along with an aptitude for, and interest in, working with numbers

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 with an emphasis on Word and Excel, along with experience in document formatting in Word

Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing workload demands

Professional verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and high regard for accuracy and quality

Experience in a professional services consulting firm is considered an asset
