Adminstrative Assistant
Working under the regular direction of the Office Manager and occasionally the firm's Partners, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible to be the "face" of the firm both in person and on the phone having a bright, pleasing, welcoming and professional presentation in all circumstances. Takes appropriate initiative, quickly discerns client need / problem, makes balanced decisions, and works flexibly, cooperatively and confidentially with clients, professional and non-professional staff alike. Demonstrated ability to be successful in a fast paced, multitasking environment requiring intuitive / confidential customer service, and exceptional communication, time management and problem-solving skills is required. This full-time (Sechelt head office) position requires 2 years of previous related experience. Successful completion of some post-secondary education would be an asset. TCG provides a safe, supportive and stable work environment for all its staff.
