Whistler Reception Services are seeking committed, positive employees to join the team at our 24 hr front desk, located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. Full time or part time hours available for overnight shifts 12am-8am - Perfect for the employee who wants to make the most of the ski season!

Position duties include:

- Customer service; phone, email and in person.
- Check guests in and out of the property.
- Recommend and book appropriate activities for guests.
- Overnight security walks of the property.
- Preparing paperwork for guests arrival.
- Liaise with property owners/managers, maintenance, and housekeeping contacts.
- Maintain and utilise database of owner's property details, policies and contacts.
- Reply to email enquiries through a variety of websites and sell open availability of owner's units.

Employee's should possess:

- Customer service/sales experience.
- Ability to operate Windows, Internet browsers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Multi-tasking, time management and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed without supervision.
- Ability to work overnight hours.
